I never posted these guys finished on this page. Some of the paint got changed on these guys a little.
The End of Thesis
Here is the last figure for my year long thesis project. Its not quite done yet and this is a really bad photo but just for those of you who have not seen this yet i thought i would put something on here for you to take a look at. I will take some better pics pater and post those along with all four figures together.
Vinylmore
I did this guy for a Vinylmore at Atomic Books. Its the main character from my thesis made into Qee form. I re-sculpted and modified the head with some of my trade mark hair sculpting then cast the head in resin so I now have a bunch of blank heads that look like this waiting to be put on to the standard Qee bodies. His sword can be unsheathed from his back and fits in his hand. Check out the rest of them here.
Anti-Hero final
Hear is the end product of the 11 inch anti hero figure i was working on. I have two versions, one with a jacket and one with a t-shirt. The head sculpt is all mine and was made to fit a Medicom RAH body. I tweaked and re colored some of the clothes to make them fit better and look more worn.
NECA sets
I have been working at NECA again making displays for their conventions and things of that sort. I was just at New York Toy Fair helping them set up for the show which was pretty awesome and very not opened to the public.
The Resident Evil 5 set is, I think my best display set yet, lots of fine details and its actually modeled after a specific boss battle from the game.
I only have a few pictures of this but there are countless other online galleries that have more pictures and a good look at what NECA plans to produce over the next year. I think Figures.com has good coverage, you can check it out here.
The Behemoth
This is most of the first half of my thesis, there is stile much that needs to be done. My "Anti Hero" 7 inch figure is completely finished with paint job and all. The two monster figures are in the process of being painted which will take some time. The forth and final figure is being sculpted now and should be finished an a month of two.
